9.6.2 Comparison with Experimental Results

The experimentally observed results of Satcunanathan and Deonarine [6] have been used by Wijeysundera et al. [8] to validate their theoretical model. They found a good agreement between the experimental and modeled results. Figures 9.10 and 9.11 depict the hourly variation of thermal efficiency and outlet-air temperature after solar noon for the single-channel and two-channel solar air heaters, respectively.
